You will be joining an award winning leading FMCG fragrance and toiletries brand based in Harrow (HA1), West London. The company is dynamic, fast paced and team-work driven and has a presence in UK and international markets and continues to grow. Salary: £38,000 - 40,000 depending on experience.

We are seeking a commercially astute Brand / Account Executive to support and help grow key FMCG accounts and brands. This role plays a critical part in delivering commercial plans, driving insight-led decisions, and ensuring strong execution across customers and channels.
You’ll take ownership of core account activity, analysing performance, and contributing proactively to growth strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to step up in responsibility while continuing to build a strong FMCG career.
Responsibilities:- Actively seek out opportunities to grow the brands
- Support the delivery of business plans across key retail customers
- Own day-to-day account management activities, acting as a key point of contact internally and externally
- Develop customer presentations, range reviews, and promotional proposals
- Track pricing, promotions, and competitor activity, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Analyse sales and market data to provide clear insights and recommendations
- Monitor brand and customer KPIs including distribution, rate of sale, margin, and promotional ROI
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and volume planning
- Work closely with other internal departments to ensure commercial plans are delivered effectively
- Support new product launches, line extensions, and other activities
- Ensure accuracy across forecasts, pricing, and customer data
- Around 3 years experience in a commercial, sales, brand, or account role within FMCG, retail, or a consumer-led business
- Proven experience working with retailers or distributors
- Strong analytical capability
- Commercially confident, with the ability to interpret data and influence decisions
- Well organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Flexible and effective negotiating skills
