Logistics Coordinator required by well-established construction company based in Cobham, Surrey to join our busy office team. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role with full training provided, ideal for someone organised, confident and great with people. Starting salary of £28,000.
What you'll be doing:
- Processing weekly timesheets accurately and on time
- Booking operatives onto projects and coordinating day-to-day allocations
- Liaising with operatives daily and supporting them with any site queries
- Checking attendance and keeping records up to date
- Monitoring and updating training/certification compliance
- Supporting the wider team to keep projects running smoothly
What we're looking for:
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communication (phone/email)
- Ability to juggle priorities in a busy environment
- Some previous experience in an administrative role is required
