The Role
An established global manufacturing organisation is seeking a Continuous Improvement Facilitator to join its dedicated CI team. In this role, you will lead and deliver improvement initiatives focused on driving cost reduction, operational efficiency, and overall site performance.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and deliver process improvements (Lean, 5S, layout optimisation)
- Control and validate process changes (PPAP, change management)
- Support teams in achieving KPIs and performance targets
- Conduct root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D, DMAIC)
- Develop SOPs and implement best practices
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams
Candidate:
- Experience in Lean manufacturing / continuous improvement
- Engineering qualification (HND or equivalent) or relevant experience
- Proven track record delivering CI projects
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Experience working in manufacturing environments
