The Role:

Our client is a well‑established company who provides a fast and reliable repair and maintenance service supporting their client base nationwide. We are supporting them with their recruitment of a Customer Sales Administrator to join a friendly team.

The responsibilities of the Customer Sales Administrator:

  • Process quotations and invoices, ensuring accurate data entry and database updates.
  • Raise and manage purchase orders (POs) in line with company procedures.
  • Liaise effectively with internal departments, including customer service, to support smooth operations.
  • Input and maintain data using Sage and bespoke internal systems.
  • Follow up with suppliers to track deliveries and obtain proof of delivery (POD).
  • Coordinate with installation teams to ensure completion and collection of signed job sheets.
  • Provide general administrative support across the team as required.

The successfully appointed Customer Sales Administrator will have:

  • A background in administration.
  • The ability to use a CRM system as well as Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • IT literate.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organised and able to work methodically.
