Responsibilities
- Managing and motivating a team of workshop staff.
- Maximising utilisation and productivity to achieve objectives and meet customer expectations.
- Ensuring the DMS is updated and accurate.
- Identifying potential warranty claims as per manufacturer requirements.
- Liaising with the parts department to order parts.
- Completing job cards.
- Conducting performance reviews and initiating training where needed.
Qualifications
- Main dealer experience is essential.
- Experience within a workshop controller environment.
- Understanding of management and training techniques.
