Service Advisor Requirements:

  • Meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
  • Booking in vehicles
  • Raising and closing job cards
  • Gaining authorisations for work to be carried out
  • Liaising with the workshop in regards to work in progress
  • Arranging courtesy cars using the One Link system
  • Costing, invoicing, customer handovers and up-selling
