Service Advisors, do you want to earn 40k+ OTE working as a Service Advisor? Working with a progressive, supportive and well-respected dealer group and a fantastic, prestige brand! The opportunity is based within their successful dealership in the Hertfordshire area.
The ideal candidate will have main dealer experience, excellent customer service, upsales and administration skills. If you have experience with RTC, One Link and Kerridge this would be a distinct advantage.

Service Advisor Requirements
- You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
- Booking in vehicles
- Raising and closing job cards
- Gaining authorisations for work to be carried out
- Liaising with the workshop in regards to work in progress

- Costing, invoicing, customer handovers and up-selling.
