The Recruitment Solution have a great opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to enhance one of our clients busy dealerships based in Norfolk. As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to all customers. The aim of the company has always been to provide exceptional service and offer fantastic value for money to both their loyal and new customer base, which is why 50 years later they are still going from strength to strength.

Service Advisor Requirements:

  • It is essential that you have worked at a franchise dealership within a front of house customer facing role.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and administration skills coupled with Kerridge experience.
  • If you have experience with RTC and One Link this would be a distinct advantage.
