The ideal Service Advisor candidate will have main dealer experience, excellent customer service and administration skills coupled with Kerridge experience. If you have experience with RTC and One Link this would also be a distinct advantage.

Service Advisor Requirements:
• You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
• Booking in vehicles
• Raising and closing job cards
• Gaining authorisations for work to be carried out
• Liaising with the workshop in regards to work in progress
• Arranging courtesy cars using the one link system
• Costing, invoicing, customer handovers and up-selling.
