The recruitment solution is working with a large, well-respected and rapidly growing dealership group in the Hertfordshire area. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, competitive and driven Business Manager to join our busy showroom team. Alternate weekends.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Currently working within a franchised dealership in a Sales Controller / Business Manager or Transaction Manager role.
  • Utilise your experience to help take the sales performance to the next level.
  • Drive sales and business development objectives within the showroom.
  • Manage daily showroom operations, including financial reporting and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to achieve targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of service.
