Salary: £50k‑55k per year plus benefits per annum.

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor or Reception Supervisor to step into a supervisory role within a well‑established dealer group that offers strong career progression. The successful candidate will support the Service Manager in running the department, lead a team of advisors, and act as an ambassador for the brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Service Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the department.
  • Provide coaching, guidance and support to the service team.
  • Represent the brand with knowledge, courtesy, outgoingness, resoluteness and a willingness to learn.
  • Maintain a professional and dynamic presence within the role.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within a franchised dealership.
  • Confidence, dynamism and the ability to work comfortably in a supervisory position.
  • Knowledge of CDK (Kerridge) would be an advantage.
