We’re currently supporting an award-winning print management agency with offices in Surrey and Wolverhampton, specialising in integrated print and creative solutions for an impressive portfolio of clients. Established over 17 years ago, the business has grown into a multi-million-pound operation and is now entering an exciting new phase of growth. As a result, they’re looking to expand their Client Services team.

They are looking for a Junior Account Manager (Print) to be the friendly link between clients and internal teams, helping turn ideas into clear, workable print briefs and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll be juggling projects, supporting client requests and working closely with teams across the business to deliver great results.

A bit about what you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting print campaign projects from concept through to completion
  • Keeping things on track - timelines, quality, and client expectations
  • Optimise the relationships with the external printers ensuring excellent service & quality
  • Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Helping spot opportunities to improve processes and add value
  • Staying on top of admin and keeping systems accurate and up to date

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience within the printing services or an advertising agency
  • Experience in print, POS, or a similar environment is desirable
  • Someone organised, proactive, and happy working at pace
  • A great communicator who enjoys working with people
  • A team player who takes pride in getting things right
  • Ability to work in the office in Wolverhampton office 3 days a week
