We’re looking for a Junior Account Manager (Print). If you’re someone who enjoys building relationships, keeping things organised, and being right at the heart of how projects come together—this might be the role for you.

In this role, you’ll be the friendly link between our clients and our internal teams, helping turn ideas into clear, workable print briefs and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. No two days are the same—you’ll be juggling projects, supporting client requests, and working closely with teams across the business to deliver great results.

A bit about what you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting print campaign projects from concept through to completion
  • Keeping things on track—timelines, quality, and client expectations
  • Optimise the relationships with the external printers ensuring excellent service & quality
  • Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Helping spot opportunities to improve processes and add value
  • Staying on top of admin and keeping systems accurate and up to date

  • Some experience in print, POS, or a similar environment
