We’re currently supporting a print communications agency based in Stockport, who partner with brands and organisations to deliver communications that drive customer and citizen engagement and bring campaigns to life. They are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to be responsible for managing and optimising the end-to-end Print supply chain, ensuring the effective sourcing, performance, and development of key suppliers to support operational delivery and business growth, and ensuring that supply chain activity is commercially aligned, efficient, and scalable.

What you’ll do:

  • Supplier onboarding, performance, and ongoing relationship management
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing
  • Monitor supplier performance against defined KPIs, identifying areas for improvement, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
  • Work closely with Sales and Finance to support tender and RFQ activity, ensuring all pricing is commercially sound, aligned to margin expectations, and supports overall win strategies
  • Contribute to operational and strategic planning by providing insight into supplier capabilities, cost drivers, and market conditions, helping to strengthen service delivery and support new business opportunities.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3-5 years proven experience in Print supply chain or procurement management
  • Strong Print supplier management and negotiation skills
  • Commercially aware with experience in pricing and cost modelling
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyse performance metrics and drive improvement
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Proactive problem-solver with a focus on delivery and outcomes
  • Experience in print, mailing, or fulfilment environments advantageous
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment

This is a hybrid role based in Stockport, Manchester.
