- Work closely with Sales teams to develop targeted campaigns, content, and proposals that drive lead generation, engagement, and new business wins.
- Plan, execute, and manage lead generation campaigns end-to-end tracking performance, analysing results, and optimising for ROI.
- Provide clear reporting and insight on campaign and lead performance to continually improve outcomes.
- Produce engaging content including LinkedIn posts, emails, website updates, podcasts, case studies, and thought leadership.
- Develop and maintain high-quality collateral such as proposals, pitch decks, brochures, and sales assets.
- Continuously review and optimise content, channels, and campaigns to improve performance and drive growth.
- Manage the website and its content ensuring it is always engaging and fit for purpose.
What you'll bring:
- Previous B2B marketing experience within an agency, marketing services, print communications, or similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong hands-on experience managing LinkedIn and using CRM systems (ideally HubSpot).
- Ability to build CRM workflows.
- Confident copywriter, skilled in creating compelling, service-led B2B content.
- Experience managing and editing website content, ideally using WordPress.
- Comfortable with CMS/website updates and template-led marketing (email, lead gen campaigns).
- Extremely innovative and creative, you understand how different demographics interact with direct types of media to create compelling stories.
