Global Headhunter at The Recruitment Orchard Specialising in Print Management, POS; Perm & Temp & Direct Mail

This is a great opportunity for a Development Designer who is looking to further their career to join a fast-growing supplier of retail displays, windows, and pop-up spaces, partnering with some of the world\’s leading brands.

What you\’ll do:

  • Produce development solutions to support the clients design and technical intent
  • Conduct site surveys as and when required
  • Form part of an installation team on site aiding members with site activities as and when required
  • Embrace and foster a team culture conducive to teamwork, individual empowerment, honesty, and that is commercially astute
  • Report on risk in a timely fashion to allow the business to react accordingly
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as planning, workshop, prototype and pre‑production to align development activities with sales forecasts

What you\’ll bring:

  • Experience in a similar position, preferably with permanent point-of-sale displays and understanding of materials
  • Good reporting skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Good numerical skills
  • Sound knowledge of SolidWorks & AutoCAD or similar
