Our client is a fast-growing, creative manufacturer specialising in bespoke permanent POS retail displays, eye-catching window installations, and immersive pop-up spaces. Their work brings brands to life in-store, and they're proud to partner with clients who expect both innovation and excellence. They are now looking for a talented, client-focused Project/Account Manager to join their team and play a key role in delivering outstanding retail experiences.
The Role
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Leicester. If you have experience in a similar role—ideally within the POS or retail display industry—and enjoy balancing client relationships with hands-on project coordination, this could be a great fit. You’ll be at the heart of operations, managing multiple projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly while keeping clients informed and confident every step of the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing incoming client briefs and translating them into clear, actionable plans for internal teams
- Coordinating multiple projects across estimating, development, manufacturing, and dispatch stages
- Keeping clients regularly updated on progress and timelines
- Collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery
- Occasionally visiting client offices for meetings and project briefings
From initial concept to final delivery, you’ll play a key role in bringing each project to life.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident working with both clients and internal teams. You’ll ideally have:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise multiple projects
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Solid IT skills, including MS Office and Excel
- A full, clean driving licence
- A methodical approach with strong reporting and record-keeping abilities
- Good numeracy skills and a target-driven mindset
