The Account Manager will join a small team who are responsible for shaping the future of retail. They will partner with the client to understand vision and needs, acting as their trusted advisor. Working within a business unit and collaboratively with the team, they will manage clients' expectations on their retail display productions, enhancing and strengthening the relationship through exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bring a partnership approach to the client, developing relationships and trust.
- Understand the client's main objectives and proactively understand the competitors' landscape to suggest ideas for future campaigns.
- Taking the brief from the client, adding innovative ideas and solutions where possible.
- Relaying the brief to the in-house studio with support of the Project Manager.
- Working in collaboration with the production Project Manager & internal teams.
- Operation and updating bespoke online services portal.
- Identifying new opportunities within the client base.
- Driving environmentally friendly & sustainable practices into the day-to-day operations.
- Detailed project planning and management, including regular updates and accurate reporting of project status.
- Proactively providing solutions to changes and challenges to keep the project on track & on budget, keeping the client updated at all times.
- 1-3 days in the office is negotiable.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Experience in a retail display, creative and/or production environment is essential.
- Experience in delivering focused retail solutions which meet/excel the client's needs.
- Commercial awareness.
- Determination for client engagement to develop strong relationships & trusted partnerships.
- Fluid and clear engagement across all internal teams & external suppliers.
- High level of initiative & proactivity with the ability to work autonomously & balance multiple projects while meeting quick turn-around deadlines.
