What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Conducting title checks, raising and reviewing enquiries, drafting contracts, and ensuring smooth progress throughout the transaction.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to provide outstanding service and proactive updates.
  • Handling exchange of contracts and completion processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in conveyancing.

  • A qualified Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Licensed Conveyancer with a proven track record in handling residential property transactions.
