What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Conducting title checks, raising and reviewing enquiries, drafting contracts, and ensuring smooth progress throughout the transaction.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to provide outstanding service and proactive updates.
- Handling exchange of contracts and completion processes efficiently and accurately.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in conveyancing.
What We’re Looking For
- A qualified Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Licensed Conveyancer with a proven track record in handling residential property transactions.
- Strong technical knowledge and a detail-oriented approach to legal documentation.
