Lettings Administrator / PA Location – East London Are you an organised machine? Do you believe that the difference between good and great is all in the detail? Are you an avid problem solver who’s always looking for solutions? Do you get excited by the thought of being able to help others and making a difference? We have a role doing: Organise six-monthly property inspections and ensure all properties have valid Health & Safety certificates, updating the system as necessary. Prepare tenant welcome packs, including completing proformas, protecting deposits, and managing filing systems virtually for easy access. Handle rental arrears, report to property managers, chase tenants, and negotiate tenancy renewals following landlord instructions. Manage day-to-day maintenance issues by instructing contractors, creating invoices, and updating Health & Safety records. Provide administrative support, including typing, proofreading, document management, and ensuring compliance with ARLA requirements.
