Location: Moorgate, London

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 (Hybrid – flexibility of 1-2 days from home)

Salary: £32,000 + OTE (Circa £36,000)

What You’ll Be Doing as a Property Manager:

  • Oversee a varied portfolio of 170 units, focusing on AST residential management alongside some block responsibilities (block experience is not essential).
  • Perform regular site inspections for HALF of the portfolio, with the rest of the team sharing the balance of inspections.
  • Give support with the transition of 50 additional block units coming under management across three London-based sites.
  • Monitor and enforce strict health and safety compliance for all properties within the portfolio.
  • Liaise with the Lettings team who manage the initial drafting of all tenancy paperwork.

  • Solid experience within residential property management, ideally with an interest in developing block management skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail regarding legislative updates and property maintenance standards.
  • Goal-oriented individual driven by performance-based KPIs to achieve the full OTE potential.
