What You’ll Be Doing as a Property Finance Administrator:
- Provide key support to the team, focusing on the administrative management of secured property cases.
- Execute all financial administration processes, including raising invoices, reconciling rent payments, and assisting with the preparation of financial statements using Excel.
- Ensure all statutory obligations (like Gas and Electrical safety certificates) are up-to-date and compliant, proactively managing required timelines.
- Serve as a key receivership administrator by meticulously managing the case tracker, ensuring all tenancy details, rents, and deposits are accurately recorded.
- Draft and format formal correspondence, reports, and documentation using established templates for both internal and external communication.
- Maintain comprehensive electronic and physical file structures, setting up new case files, and ensuring all legal and compliance documents are properly saved and easily accessible.
