A prestigious residential living provider is searching for a dedicated Day Concierge to be the face of their Hendon development. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and secure environment while providing top-tier service to residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering a first-class Day Concierge experience.
• Maintaining high standards in communal areas and assisting with building operations.
• Managing access control and security, ensuring residents feel safe and at ease.
• Handling resident requests, enquiries, and deliveries with efficiency and professionalism.
• Coordinating with contractors and property management to facilitate smooth operations.
• Upholding company values by delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.
• Resolving any on-site issues in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements

? Proven experience in a Day Concierge role within a hotel or residential environment.

? Excellent communication and customer service skills.

? Strong organisational abilities with the capability to multitask.

? A proactive approach with a commitment to maintaining high service standards.

? Ability to remain calm and professional in all situations.
