We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Telesales Team Leader to manage a small inbound B2C sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys coaching and developing people whilst remaining actively involved in customer conversations and sales activity.
Working Hours:
- Friday: Office-based, 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Saturday: Hybrid, 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Sunday: Hybrid, 10:00am - 4:00pm
The Role:
As Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service and strong sales results. This is a hands-on leadership role, and you will be expected to support the team by taking customer calls and handling enquiries when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and support a small inbound telesales team
- Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets
- Provide coaching, guidance and ongoing development to team members
- Handle customer enquiries and sales calls as required
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained
- Assist with scheduling, performance management and reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and team effectiveness
About You:
Previous telesales or contact centre leadership experience is essential.
