Our client is a busy IT reseller that operates with a close-knit team and a diverse portfolio of clients. Due to continuous, organic growth they seek a Sales Support Executive to join the team and assist in the day-to-day operations.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
* First point of contact for new and existing customers via phone and email
* Support the sales and operations team with administrative tasks including drafting quotations, processing orders, invoicing and generating reports.
* Assist in creating and optimising product listings across Amazon and other online markets (titles, descriptions, and images) and ensure compliance with online policies, terms of service and best practices.
* Undertaking procurement activities, product and price comparisons, and liaising with suppliers over stock availability and requirements.
* Manage internal CRM systems.
* Booking shipments via courier and freight providers.
The successful candidate will need to be a natural people person, have sound commercial acumen, excellent attention to detail and be comfortable multi-tasking and working to deadlines.
A salary of 25k-29k per annum is provided. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. For further information please apply below
