Pastry Chef de Partie We’re looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie for an award-winning country house hotel in the East Sussex countryside near Crawley. As Pastry Chef de Partie, you’ll contribute to the effective running of the kitchen by delivering consistently high standards of patisserie mise-en-place and service for the Restaurant, Banqueting, Bar, Room Service and Afternoon Tea. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with an experienced Head Chef, and a strong kitchen brigade that have been recognised with numerous awards including a retained Michelin Star and 4 AA Rosettes. The Person * Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie ready for progression, within a quality hotel, restaurant or event caterer is required. * Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential for this role, the rota will entail 48 hours per week over a mixture of shifts. A salary of £31,588 (live in) or £33,088 (live-out) is provided along with a comprehensive benefits package. For further information please apply below
