Part Time Receptionist Our client is an engineering firm that seeks a part time receptionist to join their organisation on a temp to perm basis. The successful candidate will be required to work 2.5 days per week (Wednesday midday to 5pm, Thursday and Friday 8.30 to 5pm). Day-to-day you will be providing a polite and professional reception service and will act as the first point of contact for phones calls and site visitors. In addition, you will be undertaking routine administration duties such as inputting invoices, filing and creating/compiling meeting notes. There is a strong administrative focus with the position and subsequently excellent communication and IT skills are a must. A salary of Β£12.21 per hour is provided.
