Order Processing Administrator Our Client is a market leader in the Health and Wellbeing industry and provide customers with a range of vitamins, minerals and supplements. They currently seek an Order Processing Administrator to join their small busy team on a temporary contact for 2 months. Initially training in Uckfield for two weeks, the successful candidate will then be based from the central Brighton head office. Day-to-day duties will include processing customer orders, monitoring and managing email boxes, checking stock levels, managing and clearing overnight orders, creating credit notes for returns or order issues, booking collections with couriers and answering incoming phone calls. Candidates will be required to have excellent IT skills (particularly Excel) and ideally experience of order management systems. In addition, excellent attention to detail and an ability to multi-task are a must. A salary of £13 to £13.50 per hour is provided (depending on experience). Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. For further information please apply below
