Based in central Brighton, our client is seeking an Inbound Telesales Advisor to join the team.
Day-to-day you will be responding to prospective customers contacting you and enquiring about a service. You will be required to answer questions, advise the customer on the best solutions, provide costings and where appropriate close the deal. This is very much a consultative role, every customer is treated with respect and it is a two-way conversation where you try and establish whether the service is right for them.
The role requires a positive mind-set, excellent communication skills and the ability to listen carefully and ask open questions.
Candidates are required to work 35 hours a week and will need to be flexible. There is a rolling shift pattern scheduled between 8am and 7pm – no more than 7 hours a day. There is also the need for weekend cover (Sat 9am-5pm / Sunday 10am-4pm). Candidates would work 1-in-3 weekends but are given days off in lieu.
A starting salary of £13.45 per hour is provided and paid on a weekly basis.
