Head of Operations Our client is a leading designer, manufacturer and installer of beautiful bespoke handmade kitchens and furniture for customers across the UK. They are now seeking an experienced Head of Operations to take full ownership of everything that happens once a sale is made. This critical role will oversee manufacturing, scheduling, logistics, customer service and installation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll be the driving force behind operational success. Key Responsibilities * Lead and oversee all post-sale operations including production, scheduling, logistics, customer service and installation. * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the company’s exacting quality standards. * Manage and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction. * Work closely with the leadership team to align operational performance with business growth plans. * Lead, mentor and develop operational teams to achieve excellence. * Monitor KPIs, budgets and reporting to ensure high standards of accountability. About You * Proven track record in an operations leadership role, ideally within kitchens, furniture, joinery or a related manufacturing/installation environment. * Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire. * Commercially minded with a focus on delivering efficiency and profitability. * Hands-on and proactive, with excellent problem-solving abilities. * Customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering the highest standards.
