Field Service Technician
Our client is a leading provider of hot and cold beverage making machines with clients in Sussex, Surrey and London.
They currently seek a Field Service Technician to install, service, maintain and repair commercial coffee machines and water coolers and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities include
- Installing and commissioning coffee machines and water coolers.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and routine servicing.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing faults.
- Replace parts, filters and consumables as required.
- Perform water quality, hygiene, and safety checks.
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical advice to clients.
- Comply with all health and safety, hygiene, and company policies.
The successful applicant will ideally (but not necessarily) have experience servicing coffee machines, water coolers, or catering equipment.
You will have sound mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills and basic plumbing knowledge.
As the face of the business, you will also require excellent customer service and communication skills.
A full UK driving licence is also required.
Candidates are provided with a company vehicle, fuel card, tools, pension, overtime and training.
A salary of 34k-38k is provided depending upon experience. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a paid Christmas shutdown.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm.
