Based in central Brighton, our client is seeking a Weekend Only Inbound Telesales Advisor to join the team. Day-to-day you will be responding to prospective customers contacting you and enquiring about a product. You will be required to answer questions, advise the customer on the best solutions, provide costings and where appropriate closing the deal. This is very much a consultative role, every customer is treated with respect and it is a two-way conversation where you try and establish whether the product is right for them.

The role requires a positive mind-set, excellent communication skills and the ability to listen carefully and ask open questions. Candidates are required to work weekend shifts only: Saturday (9am-5pm) and Sunday (10am-4pm). A starting salary of £13.45 per hour is provided and paid on a weekly basis.
