Our client is a facilities management company working across projects in Newcastle, Cramlington and Amble. They are looking for a reliable CSCS Construction Cabin Cleaner to help maintain clean, hygienic and welcoming site facilities for construction teams.
Objectives
As a CSCS Construction Cabin Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across site offices, welfare facilities, canteens and communal areas, ensuring they are kept to a high standard throughout the working day.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning management cabins, offices and meeting rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and emptying bins
- Cleaning and sanitising welfare facilities, including toilets, changing rooms and shower areas
- Cleaning canteen areas, including microwaves, fridges, floors, tables, kitchen surfaces and bins
- Monitoring cleaning supplies and reporting when stock needs to be replenished
- Maintaining a clean, hygienic and safe environment across the site
- Following all site health, safety and PPE procedures
Requirements - What We're Looking For
- A valid CSCS card - this is essential
- Previous commercial, construction site or industrial cleaning experience is preferred
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual approach to work
