As an important member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring all assigned areas are kept clean, safe, hygienic, and presentable. As a cleaner, you will help maintain high standards across a range of working environments while supporting the day-to-day operation of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning offices, communal areas, washrooms, kitchens, and workspaces
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors
- Dusting and wiping down surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and fittings
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets, sinks, mirrors, and high-touch areas
- Replenishing cleaning supplies, toiletries, and consumables
- Cleaning internal glass, doors, and windows where required
- Using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
- Maintaining high hygiene and health & safety standards
- Reporting maintenance issues or low stock levels to management
- Following daily cleaning schedules and completing tasks efficiently
- Carrying out deep cleaning duties when required
- Ensuring all areas remain tidy and presentable throughout your shift
