Location: Welwyn Garden City

Salary: Negotiable (OTE £40,000)

Contract: Full Time, permanent

Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday

Role Specification - Senior Recruitment Consultant

  • Identify and win new business opportunities across your market
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Understand client hiring needs at both strategic and operational levels
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive sustainable growth
