At Recruitment Index, we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who thrives on winning new business, developing strong client partnerships, and leading a successful recruitment team. This is a rare opportunity to combine hands-on billing with leadership and strategic influence within a growing and ambitious business.

Salary: Negotiable (OTE £40,000)

Contract: Full Time, permanent

Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday

Role Specification - Senior Recruitment Consultant

  • Identify and win new business opportunities across your market
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Understand client hiring needs at both strategic and operational levels
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive sustainable growth
