An exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative/ Driver has arisen within a well-established distribution company based near Oxford. Due to expansion, they’re seeking motivated warehouse staff to join a close-knit team in a varied, hands-on role with genuine prospects for development. As the Warehouse Operative, your primary responsibilities will include accurately loading customer orders into delivery vehicles and ensuring timely and professional delivery to clients. The salary on offer is £27,000 – £30,000 (+ company bonuses) dependant on experience, and the hours of work are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch. The Warehouse Operative will need: To be organised and proactive with a strong work ethic To communicate effectively and professionally Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail A forklift license is preferable, but not essential (training will be provided). For the higher end of the salary, and forklift license is essential.
