What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting production line operations
- General factory duties including packing, sorting and materials handling
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
- Assisting with basic machine operations and quality checks
- Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets
Shift Pattern:
You’ll be part of a rotating shift schedule working Monday to Friday, either:
- 06:30 – 14:30
- 14:30 – 22:30
This rotation ensures fair access to both shift times.
Driver Essential:
Due to the location approximately 30 minutes from Hull, and no public transport options that align with shift times, you must have access to your own transport and a full driving licence. This role isn’t accessible by bus or train to meet the required hours — reliable travel is essential.
About You:
- Willing to work physically and stay motivated throughout the shift
- Good team player with a positive attitude
- Basic numeracy and communication skills
- Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse work is a bonus, but not essential — full training provided
