We are looking to employ a full-time experienced TIG/MIG Welder Fabricator, offering excellent progression opportunities for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities of a TIG/MIG Welder Fabricator * Competent time served TIG welder of mild steel, stainless steel & aluminium * Competent time served MIG welder of mild steel, stainless steel & aluminium * Able to read welding & fabrication drawings * Knowledge of marking out, sawing, drilling, shearing, & fettling * Ensure that safe working practices are adopted * Any other reasonable request by a manager or Director Essential Skills & Experience for a TIG/MIG welder fabricator * Experience in TIG welding * Experience in MIG welding * Experience in metal fabrication * Experience in programming Robotic welding cells (not essential) * Experience in laser welding (not essential) * Able to work from engineering drawings * Good organizational skills * Ability to work under minimum supervision * Ability to work independently or as part of a team * Ability to work under pressure * Self – motivated individual * Possess excellent attention to detail Benefits for a TIG/MIG welder fabricator * 20 days of annual leave (+Bank holidays & Christmas holidays) * Pension Scheme * 38.5working hours: 07.30 – 16.30 (Monday to Thursday) & 07.30 – 12.00 (Friday), 30min lunchbreak & 2 x 15 min tea breaks * Overtime @ x 1.5 hourly rate * Salary £15 – £16 per hour
