Join our client’s team as a Telesales Executive and help to develop highly qualified leads and generating meeting opportunities for the business development team to attend. Key Responsibilities as a Telesales Executive: Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell the security services and products. Provide detailed information about our security solutions, addressing client inquiries effectively. Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up with prospects. Maintain and update customer database with relevant information. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive relationship with prospective clients. Upsell and cross-sell other products that may be useful for clients. Skills & Experience for a Telesales Executive: Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar customer-focused role. Basic computer skills, including proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time efficiently. Self-motivated and goal oriented. Strong interpersonal skills. Resilient and positive nature able to handle rejection.
