About the Role:

We are seeking a Stores Supervisor to manage the warehouse goods-in and goods-out function within a leading manufacturing organisation. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety & Compliance
    • Lead operational safety walks, audits, risk assessments, and 5S audits
    • Ensure PPE adherence and compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
  • Quality & Continuous Improvement
    • Drive LEAN processes and continuous improvement activities
    • Manage scrap and support corrective actions
  • Warehouse Operations & Delivery
    • Oversee goods-in and goods-out processes, ensuring timely and accurate flow
    • Monitor capacity planning and performance metrics (OTIF, OEE)
    • Lead shift handovers, reporting, and team briefings
    • Support monthly reporting and business projects
  • Cost Management
    • Manage departmental budgets and support long-range planning
  • People Leadership
    • Foster a positive, inclusive culture aligned with company values
    • Support onboarding, training, performance reviews, and employee relations

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Supervisory experience preferred
