Stores & Small Works Coordinator – Part Time Β£16.50 per hour | 25 hours per week | Flexible hours We\’re seeking an organised and proactive Stores & Small Works Coordinator to support a busy Estates team on a part-time, 12-month temporary contract. This role involves managing materials and stock, supporting small works requests, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: – Coordinate ordering of materials, PPE and supplies, and raise purchase orders – Manage stock levels, carry out regular stock checks and ensure safe storage of deliveries – Process invoices, delivery notes and supplier queries – Support waste management processes and arrange collections – Assist with small works tasks, including ordering materials and liaising with engineering teams – Provide general admin support as required What We\’re Looking For: – Experience in a stores, facilities or estates environment (ideally including healthcare) – Comfortable with manual handling and using basic equipment such as pallet trucks – Experience with purchase orders and invoice processing (desirable) – Able to manage a busy workload independently – Basic IT skills (Word & Excel) Hours & Contract: – 12-month temporary contract -Part time: 25 hours per week – Flexible working with core hours between 10:00-12:00
