This is a varied, customer-facing role combining sales support, customer service and e-commerce administration, with flexible part-time hours to suit the right candidate.
The role: Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
Prepare quotations and process orders using Sage 200.
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Provide order updates and resolve customer queries.
Liaise with the materials team regarding stock availability.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Add and update products, pricing and information on the website.
Monitor website enquiries and online orders.
About you: Essential: Excellent telephone and email communication skills.
Strong customer service and administration skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional, proactive and detail-focused.
Desirable: Sales administration experience.
Sage 200 or similar ERP experience.
E-commerce website experience.
Understanding of scientific or engineering products.
