We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join a dynamic team as a Sales Administrator. This is an exciting and varied role within a fast-paced environment at a leading manufacturing company in Witney. As a key member of the team, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks that support the sales and production process, from order processing to dispatching products. Key Duties:
- Liaise with Production to understand daily product availability and ensure timely dispatch of customer orders.
- Communicate with Customers, providing them with shipping updates and order tracking information.
- Process Customer Orders and generate Order Acknowledgements to be sent to clients.
- Maintain Sales Records and customer databases using IT systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Provide Administrative Support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports and maintaining open order books.
- Organise Exhibitions and promotional activities to support marketing efforts.
- Generate Serial Numbers and documentation for orders.
- General Office Duties as needed, including filing and assisting with various administrative tasks.
