Salary: £15 per hour to £19.76 per hour (The higher rate can be inclusive of holiday pay)

Job Overview: We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced 7.5 Tonne Recovery Driver to join our growing recovery team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in providing a professional, friendly service and enjoys working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recovering vehicles safely and efficiently using a 7.5 tonne recovery truck
  • Providing roadside assistance and vehicle transport as required
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times
  • Completing vehicle checks and basic maintenance
  • Accurately completing job paperwork and using job management systems
  • Working flexibly on a rota, including weekends if required

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence with C1 entitlement (7.5 tonne)
  • Driver CPC
  • Previous recovery or towing experience (preferred but not essential for the right candidate)
  • Good geographical knowledge and ability to use sat nav systems
  • Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle roadside situations calmly
