Job Overview: We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced 7.5 Tonne Recovery Driver to join our growing recovery team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in providing a professional, friendly service and enjoys working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recovering vehicles safely and efficiently using a 7.5 tonne recovery truck
- Providing roadside assistance and vehicle transport as required
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Completing vehicle checks and basic maintenance
- Accurately completing job paperwork and using job management systems
- Working flexibly on a rota, including weekends if required
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence with C1 entitlement (7.5 tonne)
- Driver CPC
- Previous recovery or towing experience (preferred but not essential for the right candidate)
- Good geographical knowledge and ability to use sat nav systems
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and handle roadside situations calmly
