A specialist engineering business within a high-performance manufacturing environment is looking for a Quality Controller to join their team in Witney. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring components and finished products meet strict quality standards before moving through production and out to customers. You will be involved across the full process, from incoming inspection to final sign-off, helping reduce defects and drive continuous improvement.
What you will be doing:
- Carrying out inspections on incoming parts and finished goods
- Managing non-conformance reports and quality records
- Supporting audits, supplier quality checks, and root cause investigations
- Working closely with production and engineering teams to resolve issues
- Maintaining a clean, organised, audit-ready workspace
