We are looking for a Production Team Leader to run a busy production line and lead a team in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment.
Hours: 37.5 hours Mon - Fri rotating 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm
This is a hands-on role focused on delivering daily targets, managing labour effectively, and maintaining high standards across quality, safety, and hygiene.
The Production Team Leader will be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating a production team to meet hourly and daily targets
- Managing labour, output, and performance on shift
- Ensuring quality, GMP, hygiene, and H&S standards are consistently met
- Using production systems to monitor performance and drive improvement
- Reducing waste and keeping areas audit-ready
- Supporting training, development, and performance conversations
You’ll need:
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or FMCG
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- A practical, results-focused approach in a fast-moving environment
