The Recruitment Group is working with a friendly care home based in Leicester. Due to staff retirement our client is recruiting for a Part time cook to join their team in Leicester. The role will be based at their site in Rothley. We are looking for a Cook who has experience working in a care home/school kitchen or similar and has the confidence to take control in a busy environment. You will be preparing, cooking and serving lunch and tea to our lovely residents, where traditional home-cooked food is the order of the day. Punctuality, reliability, and a good sense of humour, are all essential attributes for this role, as is the ability to remain calm. The hours required for this position are 17 per week (2 x 8.5-hour shifts) The opportunity to cover holiday and sickness will also be available. Please, only applicants with experience of running a kitchen need apply.
