We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading engineering organisation based in Oxfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver complex, high-value engineering and customisation projects within a dynamic and highly regulated environment.
The Role:
You will be responsible for managing multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, on cost, and on quality. Working with cross-functional teams, you will lead planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and project governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver multiple complex projects across the full lifecycle
- Manage project risks, opportunities, and financials
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to project controls, KPIs, and governance processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering complex projects (ideally in aerospace/engineering)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project controls, planning, and risk management
- Formal PM qualification (PRINCE2, APM or similar)
- Active SC Clearance (essential)
- Knowledge of aviation regulations (EASA/CAA/MAA) desirable
