Pay: £29k - £29.5k per annum DOE

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm

Are you an experienced assembler with excellent attention to detail and an interest in electrical assembly? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist manufacturing business in Witney who are looking for a Production Assembler to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to join an established business where you'll play an important role in the assembly of electronic products. Previous experience in production or assembly is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Duties include:

  • Assemble a range of specialist products using detailed work instructions.
  • Carry out fine and electrical assembly to a high standard.
  • Perform electrical testing on completed products.
  • Ensure all products meet required quality and specification standards.
  • Follow production, quality and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet production requirements.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in assembly or production in a similar manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • Good manual dexterity and the ability to work with small components.
  • Computer literate with good communication skills.
  • A reliable, enthusiastic and motivated attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
